FAQs

Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire 365 days from the date of issuance.
Any unused points at the time of expiry will be forfeited.
Can I transfer my points to another account?

Points are non-transferable – they cannot be combined or transferred to another member's account.

What can I use the points on to offset my payment?
You can use your points to offset payments on all regular products. Exclusions include:
  • POP MART MEGA Collection Items (regardless of size)
  • POP MART Exclusives
  • Discounted Items
  • Gift Vouchers
Can I make purchases on the mobile app?
The mobile app is only used for points accreditation and redemption. No purchases can be made via the app. You will be redirected to our official online store at popmart.sg to make the purchase when you tap on any product images in the mobile app. 
Do I get still gifts if I use points to offset my payment? 

Gifts are given when the final payment amount, deducting all promotional discounts and points redemption, meets the gift tier requirement.

Final payment refers to payment made via cash, credit card, NETS / PayLah! / PayNow / WeChat / UnionPay, Shopback, mall vouchers and POP MART gift vouchers.

What happens to my points if I delete my account?

All balance points in the account will be forfeited upon account deletion.
