What's a *Blind Box*?

Blind Box refers to the type of sealed packaging that keeps the contents of the toy a mystery until you open it. Blind boxes typically come in a Series that are made up of a variety of different figures / designs that are usually depicted on the side of the box listed along with the odds of finding each one. Some are rarer than others and some are even super rare and hard to find. These are referred to as *secret* or *chaser* figures.

 

 

What shipping options are available?

We provide standard shipping through our 3rd party delivery partners. Free local shipping will apply for orders more than $50. Local shipping is chargeable at $5 for orders less than $50.

 

Can I see how much shipping will cost before I confirm my order?

 

Shipping fees will be reflected during checkout after delivery address has been provided.

 

When will my order ship?

Confirmed local orders are usually process within 7 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive the notification information through email.

 

Am I allowed to order online and collect at POP MART stores?

There is no option for instore collection.

 

What if the item I received is damaged?

If the item you received has a significant manufacturing defect (e.g. the product is broken or missing parts), we’ll be happy to exchange it for the same non-damaged item after verification and approval; if the item is no longer in stock, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or a refund may be issued. Please direct all return inquiries here within Fifteen (15) DAYS from the the receival of parcel / shipment. Defects request will be subjected to approval once sent.

Upcoming Membership T&Cs

  1. Earning Points:
    • Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent at our POP MART Singapore retail stores or popmart.sg.
  2. Redemption of Points:
    • Points accumulated in the membership program are redeemable solely at our POP MART Singapore retail stores.
    • Every 100 points equate to a $1 off on future purchases made at our retail stores.
  3. Non-transferability of Points:
    • Points earned within the membership program are non-transferable and cannot be combined or transferred to another member's account.
  4. Expiry of Points:
    • Points accrued in the membership program will expire 365 days from the date of issuance.
    • Any unused points at the time of expiry will be forfeited.
  5. Account Deletion:
    • In the event that a member chooses to delete their account, all accrued points in the account will be forfeited.
  6. Modification of Terms:
    • The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the terms and conditions of the membership program without prior notice.

By participating in the membership program, members agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
