Terms and Conditions of POP MART Singapore Membership

Membership Eligibility:

  • Anyone with an email address & valid phone number is eligible to join the membership programme.


Enrolment Process:

  • By creating an account in the app, users are eligible to participate in the membership programme.


Earning Points or Rewards:

  • Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent at our POP MART Singapore retail stores or popmart.sg.
  • Members are able to earn a maximum of 500 points a day (00:00hrs to 23:59hrs).


Point Redemption:

  • Points accumulated in the membership programme are redeemable solely at our POP MART Singapore retail stores.
  • Every 100 points equate to a $1 off on future purchases made at our retail stores.
  • Points redemption are in multiples of 100.


Expiration of Points or Rewards:

  • Points accrued in the membership programme will expire 365 days from the date of issuance.
  • Any unused points at the time of expiry will be forfeited.


Non-transferability of Points:

  • Points earned within the membership programme are non-transferable and cannot be combined or transferred to another member's account.

Account Deletion:

  • In the event that a member chooses to delete their account, all accrued points in the account will be forfeited.


Programme Changes and Termination:

  • The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the terms and conditions of the membership programme without prior notice.


Collection of Personal Information:

  • By enrolling in our membership programme, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal information provided by you, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and purchase history. We collect this information to administer the membership programme and provide personalized offers and experiences.


Communication Preferences:

  • By enrolling in our membership programme, you agree to receive marketing communications related to the programme, including but not limited to emails, push notifications, and targeted advertisements. You can manage your communication preferences by updating your account settings or contacting us directly.
