• Valid till 31 May 2025. All unused vouchers by the expiry date will be invalid.
• Valid for 1 (ONE) time use on popmart.sg only
• Voucher is non-stackable and not applicable for use with any other ongoing promotions.
• Voucher is not applicable for use on MEGA Collection items, POP MART exclusives, Vinyl Plush items and Easter Bag 2025.
• The voucher, including any unused value, is not refundable nor exchangeable for cash or credit, and cannot be reissued if expired.

Physical Prizes Redemption

• Valid for redemption at POP MART ION Orchard by 4 May 2025. All unclaimed prizes by the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Valid for 1 (ONE) time redemption only.
• Scratch card must be surrendered at the point of redemption.
  
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other items nor as cash or credit.
• Gift prizes are strictly non-exchangeable regardless of its condition.
• The scratch, including any unused value, is not refundable nor exchangeable for cash or credit, and cannot be reissued if expired.
